are three primary ways to purchase a solar energy system
and the electricity it produces:

Purchase the system: Using corporate funds, credit
lines or financing; use the energy produced and feed
the unused energy back onto the energy grid for a credit
from the utility company.
2.
Lease the system: Capital lease specifically written
for a solar system with 10 - 20 year term; use the energy
produced and feed the unused energy back onto the energy
grid for a credit from the utility company.
3.
Power Purchase Agreement (PPA): Specialized agreement
with a 3rd Party to implement a system, the 3rd party
owns the system and sells you/utility power at fixed
rates over a specific term. These options offer distribution
centers operators financing flexibility while ensuring
energy rates are lower than the local utility and less
volatile over time.
